The problem

Your calendar is the bottleneck. Your knowledge isn't.

You've answered the same question a thousand times — on video, on a podcast, in chapter four. But when one follower needs that answer at 11pm on a Tuesday, their options are a $100 call three weeks from now, or giving up. Most give up. That's not a content problem. It's an access problem.

I paid $100 for one hour with a mentor. I learned a lot — and left with more questions than I came with. I never booked again. Not because it wasn't worth it. Because one hour is the wrong container for how learning actually works.1

How it works

Three steps. You already did the hard one.

214 videos63 episodes2 books
Everything you’ve taught, indexed to the timestamp.

The one rule

No uncited advice. Ever.

Kyron doesn't generate wisdom. It retrieves yours. Every answer traces to something you actually said, wrote, or taught — with the receipt attached. And when your content doesn't cover a question, it says so plainly, in its own voice, never yours.

Your words, verbatim

Answers are grounded in your transcripts — your vocabulary, your rhythm, your way of pushing back. If you wouldn't say it, it doesn't get said.

The visible seam

When Kyron speaks for itself — a fallback, a booking, a "he hasn't covered this" — it steps out of your voice, visibly. The boundary is what makes your voice believable.

Gaps become content

Every question your content can't answer is logged. "412 people asked about X this month — you've never covered X." Your next video, handed to you.

Offer clarity before ads — always. If the product page doesn't answer "why this, why now" in five seconds, more traffic just means more people leaving.

Before the call. Beyond the call.

Your 1:1s get better, not replaced.

Kyron is a bridge to your calendar, never a wall in front of it. It makes the hour people pay for worth three.

The warm-up dossier

By the time someone books, they've already worked through your fundamentals in conversation. You get a brief before the call:

  • Their situation, in their own words
  • What they've already learned from your content
  • The open questions your content couldn't close

You skip the first forty minutes of context and start at the part only you can do.

Audience insight

Know what they're really asking.

Every conversation is a signal you currently can't hear. Kyron aggregates the questions your audience actually asks — ranked, anonymized, monthly. It's the difference between guessing your next video topic and reading the demand off a list.

Why “Kyron”

The oldest story about mentorship is our product spec.

The word “mentor” comes from the Odyssey. When Odysseus sailed to Troy, he entrusted his son to an old friend named Mentor — and when the boy needed guidance most, Athena, the goddess of wisdom, took Mentor's form to counsel him. The original story of mentorship is wisdom appearing in the trusted form of a familiar guide. Three thousand years later, that's what we build.3

Kyron takes its name from Chiron, the wisest of the centaurs — teacher of Achilles, Hercules, and Jason. The mentor who shaped heroes and never sought the spotlight himself. That's the job description.
